1Acceptance of Terms

Each user is only permitted to register and own one (1) account only on the api777 platform. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of all balances and wins held within them.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Deposit terms:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM30.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the api777 account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen method.
• Api777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the KYC verification process is completed, where required.
• Any withdrawal involving winnings from a bonus is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

4Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the api777 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their betting information before confirming.

• Transferring balances between different user accounts without api777's authorisation.

Api777 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Api777 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid complaint from a financial institution or relevant authority.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
